I know of some people who take their rental bikes over to Lombok also. Best, make sure with rental guys, that you can go to Lombok also. That shouldn't costs any extras - and if simply move on to the next bike rental. There are so many these days and you should be able to get some small bike like Mio for 25K Rupiah per day, or Varios/Nuovos for anything 30-35K per day.
